Tyler Edwards is a General Contractor and Realtor in the state of CA. Tyler started his first business at the age of 20 and has always had a pasion for real estate. Tyler started flipping SFH in 2003 which also turned into a multi million dollar construction company. Tyler and his wife Jennifer, purcahsed their first multi family rental property in 2008 and have continued to add real assets to their porfolio ever since. In 2015, Tyler recognized that the baby boomer generation and generations to follow were facing a real problem when it came to retirement. A majority of them were not able to retire due to poor planning or relying on a pension or SS check. He knew that he had found a path to retirement through cashflowing real estate and wanted to share the model and experience with others by bringing them into the same oppurtunities he was investing in. This is where the idea for EIP was born.
